I’m married with five kids and two dogs. Writing is definitely my passion. I have an MFA from Lindenwood University. I enjoy creating jaw-dropping characters who say the outrageous things that most people think but never say out loud.  Along with writing I enjoy photography and traveling. Angel Trumpet was published in the Literary Yard in 2016. Dilemma took fourth place in the 2014 Humor Press Competition. I took third place in 2006 in the Writer's Digest Competitions for "children's short story" with a piece titled Seasons.
